Have all those exact same symptoms that finally took me in for a ms testing. However at the same time two of my children got diagnosed with Lyme disease, when the doctor started talking to me about my health and why I had two children with this. He had me fill out a checklist and sure enough I had 66 out of 80 items only 20 requiring diagnosis of Lyme disease...
