Hey can i ask you about the postpradinal hypotension? I have had some of these issues just lately.. I noticed it was mostly after eating my blood pressure drops. I try to eat smaller meals and hydrate.. is there anything else I should be aware of? Does the dizziness only happen upon standing up? that's what I've read but I definitely have dizziness/lightheadedness... -
