MariaofColumbia, I came across this thread when a two different friends had posted on facebook. I read it and felt like you were talking to me. I've had issues for 7 years now. My candida cannot get under control. I went and checked my vitamin B levels and they are high. I've been on methyl folate for several months now, but only one pill...
