I HAVE THE SAME ISSUES!!! The past 7 years, I have been plagued with fatigue, mouth blisters, numbness/tingling all over, joint pain, poor circulation, etc. from an immediate response to eating certain foods. I also get migraines, rashes, gut pain, muscle twitching, popping joints, dry mouth, and dizziness/fainting. "Luckily" all of my tests come back...
