  1. OHH, sorry I did not notice that, thanks. Any bakers here who might have an AIP recipe for making a loaf please?
  2. Hey guys, I am seeing this recipe for AIP dinner rolls: https://asquirrelinthekitchen.com/aip-cassava-dinner-rolls/ Instead of rolls, I would like to make it like a loaf of bread which I can slice to use for toast or sandwich, is this possible please?
  3. Yes I remember you are allergic to corn, sorry. I haven't done the pizza yet, will give it a try during the winter.
  4. Hi, been a while. Just writing back to say that the local Shoprite had the Daiya cheese line all this time in the store, just didn't reflect it on their site. i must say both the cheese slices and spread tastes really great. Only issue i have with the spread is the cover doesn't snap on so is loose all the time.
  5. I just a reply from the Testing people asking them how I can be intolerant to wheat but not gluten, this is their answer: This will refer to all wheat, this will not indicate a gluten intolerance this is a wheat intolerance. Gluten is only a protein found in wheat, you are intolerant to wheat as a whole not a protein that is found in wheat. Is...
  6. Thanks for the advice and all that info. I don't intend on abandoning the GFD but the weight loss and bad stomach feeling concerns me as I am not overweight and people around me said I "looked sick", they thought something was wrong me healthwise. So I have to sort this out somehow.
  7. The gluten-free, Dairy free, low sugar, no processed foods, low meat consumption Diet did not give the results I was expecting. The gluten-free diet made my stomach feel different, I lost a lot of weight quickly and had constipation issues. Thanks for the suggestion on the AIP diet. I want to try out for at least 2 months the results of the test...
  8. Hey guys, I recently did a food sensitivity test and was told I show 86% intolerance for Wheat [Ground] but "Wheat [Ground] is to all flour but does not mean you are intolerant Gluten." I don't get it, how can I not be gluten intolerant?
  9. I have written to the Dave from Daiya support for clarity on the cutting board issue since as you've stated the package itself is not showing. Will look into the Parma.
  10. Thanks, will try the kite hill as a spread and will try the cutting board daiya for the pizza. I am confused with one thing though regarding the words "cutting board", you had said that is the better version than the regular. Daiya support had directed me to this product as the cutting board version but I am not seeing those words in the description: https...
  11. Can you tell me which of these 2 tastes better as a spread on a slice of vegan bread please? The review is showing kite hill as the better option https://store.veganessentials.com/categories.aspx?Keyword=vegan+cheese+spread&x=17&y=15&hiddenInputToUpdateATBuffer_CommonToolkitScripts=1
  12. I really appreciate that but won't be a long term solution as I will always need to order whenever in the future. So will need to get a source from which I will be able to order myself. I will try the Daiya cutting board version.
  13. Thanks but nothing else I can do here but seek some other option. Just called that store, they don't ship and directed me to the Amazon whole foods online store but same deal.
  14. Just got off the phone with Wholefoods, person said only way I can possibly order it would be for me to contact a store which actually carries it and he recommended I ask you if you can give me the physical location of the store you get it from so I can contact the to see if they can ship to me?
  15. The wholefoods store here did not have it, can't find it on their website either, anywhere else I can try please?
  16. Thanks. If you are on a gluten-free diet but once on a while you may consume a meal with gluten in it, does that delay the healing process? I read an article the other day which said almost everything we eat has some gluten in it.
  17. Just curios guys, since many have said it takes some months for the Celiac's "gut to heal", dies that mean Celiac's or gluten sensitive people have an "infection" in their gut?
  18. There is a wholefoods store here too, I will check thanks. Strange though that their site doesn't have any info on where their products are being sold and non-existant customer service, oh well.
  19. Can you tell me where you purchased the Leaf cuisine please? I've tried contacting them directly but never get a response and I am not finding this for sale online.
  20. Great, they sell the Daiya cheeses at a local Stop and Shop here, will check it out this w/e and get the cutting board version thanks!
  21. Until I should find a melty cheese replacement I will definitely try that method, thanks! Only ingredients I use are some mushrooms and a couple slices of Jalapeno or Pimento. I might try this for a gluten-free ready made crust: https://jet.com/product/detail/11a07773960147b196d52d4f6ce7b5a6?jcmp=pla:ggl:fresh_cons_gen_grocery_a3:grocery_soups_meals...
  22. What if I were to put that Herb and Garlic cheese spread on a gluten-free pzza crust then bake, would work similar to having regular cheese on a pizza? I mean melt into the crust?
  23. Good advice I know but I am scheduled to start taking Methotrexate from next week for Psoriatic Arthritis which will also control Psoriasis plaque. That means I will have no idea if gluten-free diet would be helping?
  24. Thanks guys. I have hear some people saying they had gone to an Allergist to find out which foods they might be allergic to, would that work for this purpose?
  25. Hey guys, since I am not 100% sure if I have gluten issues, I am thinking of getting tested for it to get a definitive answer. I have Psoriasis and is the reason why I am doing diet elimination, since going gluten-free for a month or two now, my Psoriasis plaque situation seems to be getting "slowly" better, also since going gluten-free I notice my stomach...
