Dairy free Pizza cheese alternatives?
mystic replied to mystic's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
Thanks for all the info, noted on the Leaf Cuisine and yes Garlic and herb will work for me. Looking at the flavor God recipes, something like this if I can get ready made might work for fish? https://flavorgodrecipes.com/recipe/kale-chimichurri-sauce/ As a pizza sauce alternative to tomato sauce, anything gluten-free and dairy free out there... -
Dairy free Pizza cheese alternatives?
mystic replied to mystic's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
I want to order the classic Plain version which shows "dairy alternative", would anyone be able to know if that is totally dairy free please? I had written to them asking this question about a week ago with no response. Also the Bob's Pizza crust mix was a dud or maybe the way I made the dough, as mentioned I am not good at baking so will need to try... -

Great thanks, I will definitely try that too, I see they have dairy free options so that if gluten-free will work for me. -

Yes Ennix, you are very accurate with this [thanks!], raw it packs a punch but tasted great on toast with butter. I got the Bob's gluten-free pizza crust mix so this w/e I will try it out with just ths cheese and mushrooms, will report back. I can eat a regualr cheese sandwich with this cheese though, just with maybe half a slice. -
Any gluten free bread/roll mix option for non-baker?
mystic replied to mystic's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
Yes, I had it yesterday morning, toasted with butter and Daiya gluten-free cheese, tasted great, thank you! Now I can use that for tuna and fish burgers too. -
Thanks for these options. I tried the White Claw on Saturday evening, it tasted great nut I don;t know if it was because I had had a very hectic day and was tired that those 2 bevs gave me a good buzz, more than 2 beers normally would! I was quite surprised because it's only 5% alcohol. I will try again this Saturday and report back. Its' expensive though...

Sorry i missed looking into the seltzers you've linked to but yes, they certainly look like something that will work for me. I say this because that is how I had been drinking the Sake, just a tiny sprinkle in a glass filled with seltzer water which taste great. Only reason I am seeking to switch from the Sake is because it's 15% alcohol so at only % this...

Well my research on the bartles and Jaymes wine based coolers is showing no barley which is why I am looking into it as one option. If I could have gotten the Canadian version of Smirnoff Ice which is showing as gluten-free then I would have tried that. I am trying to avoid any gluten at all so the beers mentioned would not be the best option so maybe best...

Guys, usually on a Saturday afternoon I will have a few beers while cooking for the kids and listening to music, that's my relaxation time. However due to Psoriasis I had to go gluten free and also watch the alcohol content so I have been trying to find something to replace the Coors light and Heineken light. People with Psoriasis have told me different things...

Guys, I am thinking of starting this med for Psoriasis/Arthritis, anyone here taking it and can give feedback please?

Any gluten free bread/roll mix option for non-baker?
mystic replied to mystic's topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
Hmnn, has great reviews and I especially like this "this bread tastes wonderful without toasting which is not true of most other gluten free breads". Thank you very much, will give it a shot! -
So guys, since I have the flatbread covered [Thanks EnnisTx!] I am now looking into a roll or or baked bread for tuna sandwich and salmon burgers. I am not a baker so baking bread from scratch would be very difficult for me so I looked into what was suggested in another thread here: Open Original Shared Link Getting a bread/roll mix option which...

Yes, that is super advice, will do, thanks! Getting back to the eggs issue, I am seeing a lot of people who have P are having issues with it, of course it's an individual thing but I will do some more research on my own from credible sources.
-
I am not arguing, I simply asked if you would provide any conclusive "scientific" source to back up "your opinion" on eggs? Either you can or you can't.
-
Yes we all know the essence of meat is muscle tissue from animals but I think what is confusing scientists is because since it's an animal by-product they don't know how much of that muscle tissue or enzymes in actually in the egg?
-
I am not sure if eggs have any negative effect on me at all. as mentioned I only gave it up due to seeing that most articles agree it is meat
-
I had done some research on this and all of the articles on the net were conflicting and I like eggs and miss it but because for Psoriasis reasons I have to very carefully watch my meat consumption and only 2-3 meals with meat is what's recommended, some recommend no meat at all and meat consumption does affect me. So my thinking is to give up eggs if that...

So sorry I was supposed to have written "meat"

Thanks. Looking at the Pro-Granola from Julian Bakery, that certainly looks like something I can try, only the 12g Egg White Protein concerns me as I am supposed to be dairy free also. Open Original Shared Link

Correct and thanks. I will heed the advice given previously with adding the prunes and fruit, just looking for any possible workable cereal option to replace the gluten-free Cheerios.
