I am on the 4th day of my gluten free diet and my condition worsened compared to when I was eating gluten food. Is this a normal thing in the beginning? Before that I was going out 1-2 times a day, it is already the third day I am going out like 4 times a day which I don't think is normal. ps. I am sure that i am using gluten free food...
