My son has celiac and was diagnosed at 3 years old. The symptoms he had was pale looking diarrhea and throwing up randomly other wise fine. But he also had a pot belly which for toddler celiac usually is stomach related issues. I would definitely get celiac blood work done to at least rule it out. But he needs to be eatting gluten to be able to tell....
