  1. My wife is celiac, and she seemed to have gotten sick from the swiss cheese purchased at local grocery store. We generally stick to products labelled "gluten free", but can't seem to find any regular cheese that's labelled gluten free. There's vegan cheese, but it tastes terrible. Is there any milk based cheese that's labelled gluten free?
  2. If a spice is available with explicit label of "gluten free", why would you bother with a brand that does not label it? Vendors sub-contract out their production, and the production facilities may or may not process wheat on the same equipment. I tested my maple syrup, and it tested positive for gluten. The label says "100% pure Canadian maple syrup...
  3. You can probably find steak sauce that are explicitly labelled "gluten free", preferably from a major household brand name that worry about being sued. I'm in Canada, and I was able to find BBQ sauce that are labelled gluten free, as well as steak seasoning salt that are labelled gluten free. Reading ingredients is not that useful, if you're actually celiac...
