I had scarlet fever when I was 6 years old. I am now 38 years old and have lupus, relapsing polychondritis and was DX with celiac disease in feb of 2006. I am finding it hard to do this diet. I do really well most of the day and then I sneak a fig newton or a cookie and that means I ruined my whole good part of the day. How did you get your mind set to...
