    Hello Cyclinglady, Thank you for your advice! You do bring up a good point in regards to go by "your symptoms". I told my Gastro provider that I feel fine. I have had no symptoms compared to how it used to be when I first started this "journey". I have never heard of the Fasano Elimination Diet but I will definitely bring it up to my Gastro at the end...
