About Me
Lived with pain and discomfort for over five years. Including: chest pains, joint pains, severe gas, diarrhea, panic attacks, anxiety, sleep apnea, stomach pains, dry skin on feet and hands, tingling in fingers and toes, basically felt yuk! Knew there was something wrong. Doctors told me I was imagining it, all blood work was good. Gave up wheat and they all went away.

One day, I was doing some roofing and I got a fairly sharp pain in my chest, left side. It was not a jolt like you hear a heart attack would be like. However it did hurt, it hung around for about 30 minutes then it went, I thought I may of pulled a muscle. After all I was doing physical labour, which I was not used to. A few days later it came back again...
