  1. Our dietician told us that while a probiotic is good take it doesn’t really help with the affects of celiac. Celiac affects the small intestine while a probiotic does it’s work in the the large intestine. Anyways the refrigerated ones are the best. Udo’s Choice is a good one.
  2. I know different labs have different numbers. For instance our local lab I think stops at 250. That’s what by son’s number was when he was first tested. When tested a second time at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto he was in the 700’s. it’s a bit more complicated than that I think. The analogy they used with me is like a pregnancy blood test.
