Sorry I didn't give info. This was near my elbow. It doesn't come up very often. It only comes up near my elbows until recently I had a small part on my back. Starts out as itchy small bumps. The liquid inside appears to be clear. From what I've seen online it sounds like it may be DH. So I was just wondering what y'all thought. I know it's not from a burn...
