  1. The Natural Vitality Calm magnesium supplement someone mentioned above really helps a lot with anxiety too! Just like they said, only take half of a tea spoon to start with. You will feel calmer within the first 10 mins. Taking anything new always puts me in panic mode but after i took it i felt super calm! And since you are super worried about all your symptoms...
  2. I agree with everyone above! But to just throw it out there, take a daily probiotic supplement to help with diarrhea. it restores good bacteria in the gut. Make sure its in pearl form bc that is the only kind that survives stomach acid.
  3. I'm just now learning about celiac disease and I believe I might have it. I've battled anxiety since I was 17 (current 23) and have really bad panic disorder as well and it's getting worse. I'm ALWAYS tired, and have brain fog. Its so hard to find motivation most days. The same time my anxiety started so did constant diarrhea. I take probiotics...
