I HIGHLY recommend Culver's. They have an Udi's gluten free bun that is packaged and steamed, brought to you so you assemble it yourself. They also ask if you're allergic and if you say you are they'll yell it to the kitchen to make sure everything is separate and clean gloves are used (it is printed in bold red letters on the order and your receipt to insure...
