    Well, son of a gun. The other day I had some pudding I had made and used for another recipe - this was leftover. Broke out. Supposedly it was gluten free - I did read the label - so I didn't suspect it. I'm getting really tired of the inability to use the simplest products and trust the simplest ingredient lists.

    Could that be the source? Eating out? Every single time I've attempted it I've broken out afterwards. Then again, we have no dedicated gluten-free restaurants here. Just a 'for what it's worth' - my breakouts don't itch that horribly either. They seem very similar to what you experience.

    See a doctor. I cannot stress that enough. Before I dealt with my Celiac diagnosis I had severe clinical depression. If you've not talked to a physician about the possibilities of treating the depression then you need to if only to know your options.
