Hi I'm new here. I've known I'm intolerant of gluten, lactose, soy, sesame, peanuts and shellfish. I've been avoiding these things for at least the past 2 years. (except soy) I'm wondering what happens if you keep eating soy in small amounts, how does it affect you in the long run? I avoid all my other food intolerances completely. soy is the hardest one...
