Cylinglady yes they do know what causes other autoimmune diseases. Gluten sensitivity. Eating gluten if you are sensitive causes a heightened immune reaction which then attacks proteins in organs, tissues etc that it confuses with the proteins in gluten with the result being autoimmune disease of that particular body system.
