    Hi, we have been to Genoa last year and tried Rossopomodoro and McDonalds. Rossopomodoro is a chain with pizza and pasta dishes. Our celiac daughter had no issues and loved the food. McDonalds has a gluten free burger in Italy. It is individually wrapped and tasty. Enjoy your trip!! We loved the city ?
