    I have a question I saw these containers for food that are metal with silicone cover they are oven and freezer safe , so what I was wondering if I travel with these containers and go to a house that cooks gluten is it safe to cook my container in the gluten full oven? And still safely use it? I'm just worried some how the silicone will suck up gluten crumbs...

    What brand of kielbasa is safe ? I used to before eat zantaria jambalaya and kielbasa Im sure I could make rice that is similar but I'm scared to just try any kielbasa , or any ideas would be great thank you

    I want to go to the farmers market but I scared they are gonna take a break to eat not wash their hands then touch the fruit and vegetables . Does anyone else have that concern?     Does anyone use biofreeze ? It say it is gluten free but I am super sensitive and some times stuff says gluten free and still gets me sick .     I have severe celiacs I am super sensitive I can not handle more then 5 ppm of gluten so even if it says gluten free I still can not just eat it so I was hoping some one was as sensitive as means you could tell me what kind of hot dogs you eat ?

    The Dr says I have to have more fiber or take miralax every day I called citrucel and ask them if the facility was gluten free if they made any products with gluten and a couple other questions they called me back because the lady did not know the answers and then they say well it's gluten free at 20 ppm but I am so severe that I can not have more then 5ppm...

    I read on gluten free email I get that beans can be cross contaminated because they switch crops with wheat or barley or some gluten and they said lentils also do my question is does that include green beans and how do I know which beans are safe and which are contaminated? This is so difficult I wish this was like a direct answer like yes safe for celiacs...
