I've been suspecting celiac recently and I'm going to get tested. I have many chronic symptoms including neuropathy, vertigo, and joint inflammation pain. Has anyone whose been diagnose know...Do your symptoms totally go away after quitting gluten or will the damage that celiac caused remain permanent?
