  2. I ate three in one day (Hey! It was one of those days!) and had no issues.
  3. Went out for gluten-free pizza. :D :D
  4. Scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa, and a glass (or two) of wine.
  5. I need something "bad" for dinner. That two pounds of bacon is sounding pretty good.
  6. Throw everything except the pancakes, juice, and most of the milk in the crock pot the night before and do a slow cooked breakfast casserole. Maybe precook the bacon, but you could bake it and chop it up.
  7. Baked cauliflower and beets, and tuna salad.

  9. Cod marinated in white wine, lemon juice, and garlic, grilled potatoes, salad.

I put sliced celery, carrots, green pepper, green onion, cauliflower in the crock pot with a couple cups of chicken stock and cooked it on high for about two hours (also threw in salt, pepper, and garlic powder). I also put in about a cup of cooked bacon (maybe three strips cut up). I then poured in a can of coconut milk and a splash of white wine, sprinkled...

  16. Shroomiekins, I forget if you can do broccoli, but I sliced broc stems crosswise into thin oblongs and fried them in a bit of bacon grease with garlic and paprika. It was just a bit of grease, and I had the burner turned really low 'cause I was doing stuff, anyway, they got really crispy and tasted fabulous. Now I'm trying to figure out what other veggies...

  18. hmmmm. You could try soaking in vodka, since gluten is soluble in alcohol, but that might be more expensive than finding beans you can use.

  22. I made the shepherd's pie recipe cited earlier, except I mixed ground turkey and ground beef, and put parmesan cheese in the cauliflower. I also made crock pot barbecue pork, and now I'm cooking chicken breasts with the onions from the crock pot pork on top of them and some additional sauce made of peanut butter, white wine and barbecue sauce.
