  2. Pot roast, made with grass fed beef from a cow 1 county away.

  6. A bowl of butter with a few potatoes in it.
  7. White fish sauteed in olive oil, sprinkled with rice wine vinegar. Beet cole slaw.

  13. Slab o' salmon cooked with curry powder, garlic and salt and finished with a simmer in red wine. Served over microwaved frozen stir-fry veggies, the whole thing sprinkled with lemon juice.

  17. Surprise food (potluck) . Dinner may consist of an entire pan of cookie/brownies.
  18. hamburger patties with mustard and mayo. I got organic hamburger meat (on sale) ground turkey (not organic, but on sale) and mixed them together with some garlic, salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Molded the meat into patties between parchment paper and stuck them in the freezer. They separate nicely and you can do a quick meal with them...

  21. It is safe. It's so distilled and aged that there is no gluten left. I've never had any reaction. I also drink the 15 year, if you choose the 8 or 10 you're on your own.
  22. At this point I'm thinking: a couple shots of single malt.
  23. You can post the name of the book and let people decide if they'd like to buy it, or find it at their library.
