The Gluten Contamination Study We've Been Waiting For

It would be interesting if the study showed the difference when using wooden utensils and metal or plastic! ? I’m assuming the more porous the material the harder to get the gluten off! Some friends and family think I’m crazy to be so picky! And did they use a non stick pan or a metal pan? Thanks!
