  1. Chicken is JUST chicken, there is no soy in a chicken leg or bacon. Best to you, I was not talking "nuggets".

Thanks for posting, I make great chicken, just chicken legs and wrap each piece in a strip of bacon and bake also add salt and pepper, no cooking skill needed. 350 for about 45 minutes I do not know what that might be on oven temp if you are in the UK, It would be the same as the oven temp to bake a cake. Also there are gluten-free rice based cake mixes...
  3. The cheesecake and pizza by Daiya might be a wonderful choice for you they are both gluten-free and dairy free.
  4. I have celiac, but even when young and thin I would get gout. I love fish, too much fish and that toe would hurt, now the entire foot. Drinking lots of water and a few cherries, frozen, fresh or dried, might help you. Look at gout diet for list of yes and no besides our celiac plan. Hope this helps.
  5. My uncle was a chef, and cold brew is the easiest thing to do at home and then you know it is gluten-free. The left over coffee in a glass jar with either cream or one of those gluten-free lactose free creamers by Delight and chill it overnight. Also that same Delight creamer can be frozen with no preparation, in a paper cup for gluten-free lactose free ice...
