  1. Hello, I've been reading your posts and I'm wondering if there was ever a solution. I was diagnosed Celiac in 2015 and stopped gluten immediately. Still had some issue with IBS during perimenopause. Last summer I was glutend and in December 2018 had weird weight loss, then a month later burning feet (I already inject b12), January 2019 I got kidney stone pain which led to a UTI, then a yeast infection and when everything cleared I still had vaginal burning as the day went on after wearing clothes and sitting. I'm not sure what's going on with everyone but the doctors are not helpful. They just keep passing me on...very frustrating because I'm getting food fear and losing weight, which at 104 lbs us unacceptable. I'd love to hear from you.

  2. No they were the gluten free version but I've been noticing many prebaked gluten free items make me sick lately. I may just be sensitive to something else they use. When I bake my own I'm fine, so I guess I'll be baking!
  3. I thought maybe the same thing about the xanthan gum but I started looking at other products I eat and they have xanthan gum but I have no issues with them. I seem to be ok with soy also but not oats so that was the first thing I checked after getting ill. Such a mystery.
  4. I tried Tate's gluten free cookies twice and both times had a bad reaction. The ingredient list shows nothing with gluten but my body said something isn't right. I also tried the Trader Joe's gluten free version of these...exact same reaction. Sad because they're really good.
  5. I just recently has Tate's gluten free chocolate chip cookies and after 3 days of eating 2 cookies a day I was very sick. Three days is the usual time it takes for me to get ill generally. I can't see any ingredient on that list that I haven't eaten or don't eat regularly without any problem. And it's a real bummer because they're good! I've tried them twice...
  6. I'm curious if a doctor ever figured out what was actually wrong with you. My story started in 1997 and sounds very similar to yours. It took 11 years for me to finally get a doctor to admit that a vitamin B12 level of 283 was causing some of my problems. I found that most labs only flag issues once it's so severe you're falling apart. Then as the disease...
  7. Has anyone else had recent problems with Trader Joe's gluten free bread? I have been eating their bread for the last few years and just literally the most recent loaf I opened seems to be making me sick EVERYDAY (last 5 days) a few hours after lunch. I don't eat breakfast and everything else in my lunch is exactly the same except for the newest loaf of bread...
