  1. I use to get that all the time when I was in middle and high school. I never asked a doctor about it, but when I stopped eating grains several years ago, I haven't had it since.
  2. I have a feeling it will start out as pigging out on all my old favorite foods (poboys and fried shrimp!) and quickly turn into choking down just enough to make the test accurate. I am also thinking about scheduling the biopsy for after Thanksgiving, so I can get one more traditional, non-gluten free meal with the family.
  3. That's what I was thinking. This is gonna suck, but I think I am going to push for a month. I don't want there to be any question about the results.
  4. I posted here a few weeks ago regarding a GP who told me my gluten free diet would not effect the outcome of the blood test. Needless to say the test came back negative. I was able to get the GP to give me a referral to a GI specialist who is taking my symptoms and concerns seriously. During my visit, the GI said that Celiacs find the needed gluten challenge...
