So I went 3 days unintentionally without eating bread, just didn’t fall into my diet. Anyway yesterday I had 4 slices across the day and I’ve been so so ill since? Same symptoms as before but even worse. Feels like my body is shutting down without wanting to sound too dramatic Can’t be coincidence that surely? Eat bread after 3 days and feel horrendous. I must also add that I’ve developed an ache in my left testicle? Not sure if that’s relatable at all? Or something else

Hi guys thank you for your responses, really helpful. Guess I just need wait and see really. Had an ultrasound today just as another test for other problems, but they was all fine so that probably rules out some things. Took my stool sample in today too and luckily have been given a phone number for my doctors assistant who I will call early next week...
